We spent our New Year's Eve at a hotel that offered two free complementary drinks and snacks, perfect for the occasion. The hotel's location was great, just a stone's throw away from a lively area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room had a stunning view of the city, which we enjoyed throughout our stay.
On the downside, the heating system in our room was too hot, and we couldn't turn it down, which made it difficult to sleep. Moreover, the bathroom had some issues with its cleanliness, and the towels were not of good quality. the hotel could use some updating and renovations to improve the guest experience.

Had a great Xmas getaway! The complimentary wine and chocolates in the room were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room size was also a pleasant surprise - plenty of space to relax and enjoy the festivities.
The biggest downside was the lack of reliable wifi in the room. This made it difficult to keep in touch with loved ones during the holiday season. Additionally, some aspects of the room were not as well-maintained as we would have liked. Nonetheless, these small issues didn't spoil the overall experience.

During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the lively neighbourhood with various shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean with a beautiful view of surroundings. I appreciated the polite service of the staff, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. Moreover, the hotel had useful leisure facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool which was a great bonus.
The hotel lacked some items in the bathroom, such as a toothpaste and a toothbrush, making it inconvenient for me to purchase them outside.

The complementary chocolates and wine were a nice touch to start our new year's stay. The hotel's location near popular attractions and restaurants made it easy to get around. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to get good rest.
The hotel lacked proper cleanliness. There were stains and hair found on the bedding, which made us question the quality of the room cleaning. The elevator was also out of order, making it difficult for us to get our luggage up and down the stairs. We had the worst customer service experience - the staff was not welcoming and lacked basic hospitality skills. We would not consider staying here again.

The hotel was located well and was central.
The lights in the bathroom did not work properly. The beds were very very poor quality. The Hotel Elevator was disgusting. The Triple room was adequate only for two persons and did not have sufficient drawer space. I did not consider the facilities adequate for a business customer and would never stay at this hotel again.

I thought it was brilliant for the price. It was very nice and on the picadilly tube (Earl's Court). If I go to London again I will definitelty stay there again.
The outside sign was rusty which could put people off!

All the staff, from waiting on to reception, were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfectly suited to our requirements and the hotel was ideally located for visiting the V&A, the purpose of our stay.

The first room we got had a broken TV , no phone, broken bedside lamp. The manager immediately gave us another equal room. All the rooms of the hotel are the same, and the same as shown on the website, so there are no surprises in what you get. The hotel is really close to the tube, and the area is pleasant. Private parking for the car at 15pounds per night. Staff is pleasant and available. Very good hotel
The bathrooms are a bit tiny, but the bedroom is spacious even though it could be a bit renewed

The hotel staff is ridiculous and not professional at all. They first charged my credit card with some amount and then charged my credit card and additional 80 pounds and also did not send me a final bill. stat away from these cheaters!!!! They are running a scam and put incorrect Charges. Trust me, stay away from this hotel. Its just ridiculous!!!! I will wait for their response for 2-3 days and move to court and file a dispute
